"I understand sometimes they fall behind, but they were 20-25 minutes behind. My appointment was for 4:40pm, made it first thing in the morning because I figured it was a guarantee slot. I had somewhere to be at a specific time and was not able to be taken in time. Maybe somebody else has the time to wait that long, but maybe they should allot longer time slots if they cannot accommodate. When I tried to let them know I was leaving, I had to ask THREE times as the music was up too high for them to hear me. Take your chances with this place if you’ve got the time to wait."
