"Radiologist was so nice and made the experience for my 6yr old very fun and relaxing!! It was VERY busy in there but the staff moved patients along pretty quickly so that was much appreciated! Overall great experience!!"

"Professional and friendly staff made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The entire CT Scan process was explained to me in detail and the lady who helped me made sure I totally understood everything and was also very careful to not hurt me in any way, which she didn’t. The scan itself was smooth and very comfortable."

"I took my 90 year old dad in for a chest and stomach xray. Ms. Manan was helpful and friendly at the front desk. The technologist, Ms. Loretta K. was excellent. She was creative in getting dad positioned properly, reassuring, and knowledgeable. We use Advanced Radiology in Westminster frequently and have had good service and responsive staff. Thank you!"

"Can only give them 3 stars and that's because several of the staff went out of their way to make things a little nicer. Thank you to the woman on her break and stopped to get my beautiful toddlers some water in a cup with a lid, then made a second trip for a straw. And to the woman that gave me an update out in the hallway on my girlfriend's progress. The hallway was the problem. The Office Manager asked me to contain in my lap and keep extremely quiet my 2 beautiful toddler girls still in diapers. They were simply walking around the waiting room and playing quietly, quieter than most adults in most situations by far; but that wasn't good enough! So the Grinch lady with RBF asked them to wait in the hallway which turned out to be over 2 hours. One of the patients came out and approached me and said I should go back in there and tell her how I feel, I said I do not let people like that influence me like that anymore. I actually feel sorry for her having that kind of negative and pessimistic outlook on life. I was grateful these adorable little girls didn't have to go home to that! So, we had fun playing in the hallways and the bathroom. Something else to bring to the building managements attention, it's almost 2024, when are you going to install a changing table in the Men's room! I may just start using the Women's restroom instead of laying the baby on the floor of the restroom. I've changed diapers for years and it's overdue for Men's rooms to have a safe and convenient place for a child."

"This place is the worst, it was my first time going in, with an appointment ahead, even the representative told me to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived 15 minutes early from my appointment and they made me wait 45 minutes to get first checked in for my appointment. After that, I had to wait another hour/ hour and 30 minutes. What’s the point of making an appointment ahead if you are not going to be seen in a matter of time, or at least let your patients know that you are running behind, so then it be more understanding. Especially when you have been fasting for a long time. Never coming back here!! Or be aware if you come you will have to wait a long time."
