"Love this place. Every time I have gone, I have been able to get an appointment next day or week of. Never there for longer than 1-2 hours. Quick and the staff is super friendly!"

"THE GOOD: I arrived on time and didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Within a few minutes after filling out the forms, I was on my way to the back room to get changed into the little gown. THE BAD; The X-ray technician actually tried to talk me out of having certain x-rays done. I didn't understand why she was doing that. She had the orders right there in front of her. I insisted that we proceed with everything that my referring doctor wanted to have done. ultimately she decided to drop her protest, and just perform the tests as they were requested THE UGLY: There was a misunderstanding over how the results of the imaging would be delivered. I thought I heard the radiographer say that the results would be automatically sent to my doctor, and there was also the option to access them through their portal. So my doctor's office called me about 2 weeks later wondering where the results were and it shocked me because apparently the imaging place only sends over a testing REPORT. They don't send over the actual images from the tests. I called Charter to ask if they could send the results to the doctor and they said that I would have to come pick up an actual CD and take it to the doctor myself. I asked if they could mail it to him and they would not do that. So I had to drive 40 minutes back to the imaging center and then mail the disc to the doctor myself"

"Having an MRI or CT scan is always stressful for me, but not at Charter Radiology. They are always warm, caring and accommodating. I had to have a CT scan this week and Beth was so amazing, she was so caring. I have so much anxiety and she was so friendly, told me how long the test would take and got me talking to ease my mind.
