"My favorite sonographer is Lois. She is very sweet. She accidentally forgot to give me my 12 week pics, and ended up mailing them to me and apologizing. I figured I just didn't get pictures that time, but that gesture was very thoughtful because she really did not have to do that, so I definitely appreciated that. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here."

"Dr. Sandra Allison performed a Barbotage procedure on my shoulder to remove calcium deposits. She did an amazing job given the large amount of calcium that had formed. She was professional yet kind and communicated throughout the procedure. If you are looking for the best Radiologist in DC area, try to work with her and Washington Radiology"

"The procedure itself was fast and easy. Technician was awesome and knowledgeable but don’t make the mistake of going earlier than your appointment. I completed my previous appointment earlier and thought I would go and see if they could take me in 2 hours earlier, l was informed that I would wait a bit but only got in 30 minutes before my scheduled time. It would have been nice if the receptionist would have just said they were unable to see me earlier. Word of advice, go at your scheduled time!!!"

"I went to this office today for a scan to check on a past operation. From the moment I arrived at this beautiful office, their staff was exemplary, efficient and knowledgeable. There was virtually no delay other then a small amount of the necessary paperwork and the receptionist was great helping fill out the forms. The radiologist, Faye, was also extremely knowledgeable and made the process painless! This location was a perfect choice for me and I recommend this office for anyone searching for a great option for their radiology needs!!!!!"

"This feedback is for the Washington Radiology Sterling office manager: My procedure today required that I arrive with a full bladder and the scheduler asked that I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment--I did both of these things. 25 minutes after the scheduled appointment I still hadn't been seen. When I asked the front desk for the reason for the wait she said it was because the technician was double booked and still with that other patient. When I asked to speak with the office manager about the 25-minute delay and my nearly-bursting bladder, the front desk instead brought out a technician, not the office manager. This technician, Fey, was lovely and performed the procedure immediately. The experience with Washington Radiology Sterling, however, was disappointing and unprofessional. Strangely, when I tried to respond to the patient survey, the code didn't work for me. Nor could I find access to the patient survey on the website. This is why I am providing this feedback here rather than discretely which would have been my preference. I ask that you act on this feedback because patients, particularly patients who are having a procedure to determine whether their problem is or benign or not, deserve to be treated respectfully and today Washington Radiology failed.
