"I really wish I could remember the name of my mammogram technician (yesterday) because she was wonderful! It was my first mammo and I was nervous being my first time. She was so kind and really included me in the process. As a nurse, I know how important bedside manner and patient focused/patient involvement is. Now I can only hope to have someone like her for every future mammogram. The front desk was friendly as well!"

"Loudoun OBGYN gave me a doctor's order to come here. LMG will be billed as a special facility. If you are used to paying just a co-pay for all your ultrasounds, be ready to pay $300+ out of pocket for a quick visit with no doctor on-site. Billing staff was great and was quick/professional about helping me understand my charges. However, at the time of service, the two technician ladies (one was observing) were telling each other how these machines "suck" compared to what they are used to dealing with at other facilities while doing my ultrasound. Per their convo, office space looks fancy but the techs are outdated. I just sat there listening to their conversation regretting ever coming here. I asked about results and they told me that there were no doctors onsite and that I will get a call from my OB. They never notified my OB and I had to reach out after a week. I will not be coming back or be recommending this facility to anyone."

"The front desk was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 4:15 for a walk-in X-ray. Yes, that’s the very last minute they will accept an X-ray for the day. The woman just looks at me, gets up, does something, then asks for my order. I hand it to her and she goes to the back. I’m assuming I will be getting my X-ray as she asked for my order because why else would she need to take my personal info and order somewhere? However, she comes back and says they can’t take me, they are booked for the afternoon. I try to explain I came from 50 minutes away and she cuts me off. She tells me the radiologist won’t be there to read my results. I inquire why that needs to happen when they send the results later to my doctor. She cuts me off again. Then she gets a huge attitude and extremely rude about how they won’t take me. So I tell her she can loose the attitude and I want to speak with whoever is above her. She ignored a me and I try to ask a question regarding returning another day and she still ignores me and answers the phone while I’m talking! She finishes her phone call and again completely ignores that I’m still standing there knowing I am trying to ask her something! I ask if she is ignoring me and tells me without looking at me (she did this multiple times) someone will be out to talk to me. After 5 minutes, I ask when will they come out, she just repeats that someone will be out. The absolute worst medical or non-medical customer service that I have ever received. So much so that I called my doctor while in the office waiting and had them fax my order to another radiology office. I will NEVER return to this business or recommend it anyone. I get it customer service is hard, I’m in customer service myself, but how I was treated was absolutely inexcusable. My father has to come next week and I will be having him switch companies as well. Beyond disgusted by that front desk women and how rude she was. I should have known this place was not going to work out when I called last week to make an X-ray appointment after being on hold and then being kicked off of holding by their phone system only to find out that you can’t make X-ray appointments and the lady I finally got ahold of (after no lie, calling NINE times throughout the course of the day) on the phone was rude in telling me that too. Probably the same person. Hopefully, otherwise there are multiple employees that are awful. Either way, I do not recommend and will be going down the street to the other radiology center from now on."

"Gave this place 3 stars just because the receptionist has terrible customer service. Does not give eye contact when you walk in. I literally was just standing there for her to look up (which she didn't), so I had to say hi first for her to say something. There was no one else even in the lobby area at the time. The woman who did my ultrasound however made up for the receptionist being rude."

"What a GEM! I'm so glad my doctor recommended them for my routine mammogram. The staff was very friendly and the place is squeaky clean. According to my PP since they recently opened all the newest state of the art equipments. Highly recommend"
