"My doctor ordered a pregnancy ultrasound for me at 37 weeks, and this office was so great; Robin at the receptionist desk was so welcoming and made check in go smoothly, despite some complications with my paperwork. Then Nia the ultrasound tech was wonderful and so thorough. I loved my experience here. It could easily have been a stressful situation and instead I felt so taken care of."

"I was fortunate to get an early morning appointment at this location located inside the Inova Loudoun Medical Campus Cornwall second floor. Never new this place existed as most of us just know Loudoun Hospital. Appointment was early so got there 6:45 am . Plenty of parking . On entering signs directing to second floor where I checked in and pretty soon started and finished MRI. My next appointment was in Tysons (30+ minutes) and as I was about to enter Kim the technician (very pleasant and helpful) called that the Doctor wanted more imaging . I was surprised as this is the first time for any imaging in 20+ years I had been called back by Inova or FRC. So back again and luckily Kim kept a time slot open for me. Results were not surprising which was good for me but just unusual that IO was called back. I suppose one could wonder process wise before a patient exits that a check is done to ensure all imaging is done so that they are not recalled and unnecessarily worried. Good to know of this location even if not close to home as it provides an alternative."

"I used to live in Leesburg and always went for my mammogram to 224-A Cornwall Street. I could walk to that place from my house. When I moved out of Leesburg to Reston I kept going to Cornwall office for years. And I loved it...until today. The registration process was awful. There was an elderly lady who didn't have her order. When I was reading my appointment instructions it was clear " if you don't bring your order you will have to reschedule. Not today. There was only one receptionist and she was looking and looking and calling and waiting for the missing order. The whole registration line was blocked. I was taking time off work, arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, as instructed. After half an hour I complained. It expedited the process, and I was finally called in. The mammogram process was as good as always, the technician was great and efficient. It's a shame that registration team creates such a bad experience for patients. No, I'm not coming back."

"I’m happy to be posting a positive review after seeing all of the negative reviews here on Google. I’ve been going here for years for different imaging needs and I have almost always had a good experience. Typically where most people complain is the patient intake representatives not being friendly. I have definitely experienced that before - but not always. I went just recently for imaging and was greeted by the most awesome patient intake person ever and her name was PERI. She welcomed me, made me feel at ease and was so incredibly kind, caring and helpful. This was an awesome way to start my appointment because it set the tone of the entire experience. I can’t say enough awesome things about this person and how important it is to have a caring individual in this role. Additionally the person conducting my imaging was the same way - kind, great bedside manner and very calm. All of which went toward a positive experience during a very nerve wracking appointment. This location is currently undergoing construction- so it’s a little dismantled at the time, but I’m looking forward to the new and improved atmosphere! Parking here is easy and love this location!"

"Having an MRI is a challenging experience. The male technician was patient, caring and respectful. On my first attempt, I panicked. He was very attentive and kind. After I calmed down he asked me if I wanted to try again or reschedule the appointment. I felt respected, heard and I tried again. He was able to complete the MRI with no problem. I had to come back for a different MRI and the same male technician was there. It was such a blessing and pleasant experience. Thank you so much ."
