"It was so nice to come to see the same doctor who delivered my baby just 7 weeks ago. It made me happy to know she remembered me and my delivery as it wasn't exactly normal. Dr.Groff gave me a better experience as my anxiety was high and I was nervous due to having a bad experience with my first born. She was reassuring, encouraging and attentive to my needs especially since she was shuttling between me and another patient. My office appointment went smoothly and she made sure to check and answer any questions or concerns I had before I left. This over all experience from having my child to birth control made me feel so at ease."
"My experience in this practice to this point has been disappointing. I am particularly frustrated with their phone system. Trying to speak to someone today was incredibly frustrating. I followed the lengthy prompts to connect to the triage nurse, only to be directed over and over again to the appointment request line, which might take 24 hours to respond. It would be helpful to know that no one is available to answer the phone between 12 and 1 pm, instead of having patients sent to an infinite loop of phone prompts that end at the appointment line."
"This is not about the doctor. She was amazing. It's about Suzanne. She is the meanest, most obnoxious woman I have ever met. I got there 15 minutes early and she tells me my appt. was cancelled. She accused me of cancelling my appointment on the app. I asked if she could still fit me in as I did not cancel. She said no. So I walked out. A few minutes later the Doctor called me and asked if I could come back and she will attend to me straight away, and she did. Suzanne needs to shape up or ship out. I am deeply, and utterly broken by her behavior towards me yesterday. If I ever see her again, it will be too soon.!!!!!"
"I enjoyed going here, despite the wait times, until my last visit. I had a very nice nurse, cannot recall her name, but it was a black woman and she had either individual braids or box braids. She did her thing and then I had to wait for my doctor, Kim Capone. She came in with a Jamaican hat on with the locs attached and said "look I'm [the nurse who I was just with]." I was genuinely shocked that 1. She thought that was funny and 2. After all this time of me waiting, knowing I'm a black woman, that is what you come in doing. It was wildly unprofessional and offensive. I hope the nurse who works there does not have to deal with that lack of cultural awareness often. I will be finding a new doctor."
"Went in as a new patient for a routine checkup and I have to say--I'm impressed! The staff was professional and attentive. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and had a subtle sense of humor, which is great for a patient who feels nervous going in. He spent time making sure I understood all of my options so that I could make the right decision for ME. Nothing felt rushed or awkward. Will definitely be returning!"
