"I went to CRA today for an x-ray of my left arm/elbow due to a recent injury. Dawson, the x-ray tech, was friendly and helpful from the time he greeted me at the door with a smile. He was ever so gentle with my arm/elbow each time we needed to move/guide it for the various x-ray views needed. When we were done, he explained that the x-ray table could only move up/down at one speed, but he would move it slowly and incrementally. When we were done, he moved my arm/elbow with great concern. When I needed help putting on my jacket, he was there, ready to help when I needed it. I usually don't write reviews, but Dawson was so phenomenal, I felt he merited at least that much, for a job well done. Dawson, thank you for your excellent customer care today.
