"I don't know why this place has such a bad rating. I just went here for the first time this morning. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and my phlebotomist was fantastic. She was an older woman with short hair. She said she had been doing this for about 5 decades, and it definitely shows! I usually have terrible experiences (at other locations) getting blood drawn, but this experience was awesome. I will definitely come here again next time I need bloodwork!"

"I was waited on almost immediately and the phlebotomist, Dana, listened when I told her my veins were very small and others use a pediatric needle. She immediately got that and was able to get the needle in on first try. I was so pleased with the service from entrance to my leaving."

"I reluctantly give this particular establishment a star. This afternoon I had my blood work done. When I walked in, aside from no one being in the waiting room, I said hello and was not greeted. An elderly female with grey hair stared me down. As I finished my check-in the other tech asked if I had my paper work. I said I did not, that they should have it in their data base as my doctor had sent it. She too gave me a glaring look. Once she was finished the elderly lady (and i use that term lightly) said to go through the door. I could not get it opened at first and she yelled at me to go through the door. I sat down to get the blood draw and she had her arms folded as if irritated. She said "I'm waiting on you." (?????) I have been there before and had such a pleasant experience. This was beyond uncomfortable and RUDE. It felt like I disturbed their quiet time."

"I have been here many times for myself and my kids. Everyone has been nice and pleasant which has made the process so much easier especially from someone that despises getting bloodwork. I highly recommend and will continue coming here as needed."
