"I have a complaint that really needs to be addressed. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy. That affects your muscles and can be very painful. Anyway, my daughter needed an MRI last week. She can 't shift her weight from her chair to the bed so she had to be shifted by people. I told them several times to brace her leg which she already had pain in it. They paid no attention to me and lifted her leg very high and shoved a foam wedge under her leg, then shoved us out of the room. As a result she has been in severe pain and can't turn in her bed, sit in her chair, go in the car. Her life right now is miserable. So, my point being----please listen to your patients , Don't hurry so much , listen when we try to tell you about our loved ones needs and have some compassion. Not only did my daughter hurt through the whole process but a week later is having pretty severe pain because some of the staff just didn't care. Lifting her leg high in thr air and jostling her around has severely hampered her ability to move in anyway without having tremendous pain. Just trying to help keep someone else from going through this same kind of thing. Sincerely ANN OWENS"
"Went for a MRI and I will NEVER use this place again! Three people working here are rude and acted like the patients were a bother! Guess they got used to doing nothing during the pandemic and want to continue doing nothing! And mean, one man yanked on my sore leg while I was in the MRI. No warning, just grabbed my foot and yanked! No thought of whether they injured me. These people need to be fired before they hurt an old person!"
