"I originally used this company to carpet the stairs and upper hallway of the home I raised my children in several years ago. I have since used them to re-carpet the entire second floor of that house several years later ( got a great deal on premium carpet and pet pad), then they recarpeted 2 rooms on the main floor of said the same house, recarpeted the entire second floor of my childhood home, and also carpeted the second floor, basement, and porch of my son's home. I have always gotten excellent service, excellent quality, and fantastic pricing from this business. I highly recommend this business, and will always go to them for my flooring needs. They have better service, better quality and better pricing than any of their competition. This includes big box stores as well as the other independently owned businesses. I also bought a shed from them- got a very well constructed building at a great price."

"Terrible customer service. The woman in the show room was the absolute worst person to deal with. We did not receive what we ordered. They installed a cheaper ply carpet. It wasn't worth the headache of having them tear it up. No compromise was offered and the lady in the office was absolutely insane to deal with. Believe the negative reviews on their profile and go with a different option."

"We purchased the same 25 year carpet and padding for two bedrooms due to a toilet overflow. We also purchased carpet and padding for the master closet that had damage. The owner came out and measured the rooms and the installers came a few days later. The installers arrived, we reviewed the job. The job seemed to go smoothly and fast. After the installers left we realized they only replaced the padding in one room and not all three like we discussed and PAID for. We reviewed the video from that bedroom to confirm the original pad was not removed and could hear the installer telling his partner, if she doesn’t notice, we won’t tell her. We notified the store and was told they would fix it. After being told they would do whatever we wanted to correct the mistake they changed their tune. They would only allow us to pick carpet from their inventory and for only one bedroom because they didn’t have enough of what we purchased to recarpet the room with the toilet damaged padding. We needed both bedrooms to have the same carpet like we purchased. We asked to speak to the owner multiple times and was told multiple excuses why he wasn’t available."
