Reviews
"Had a total renovation of my master bath. Beahm and Sons are a truly outstanding company to work with. From the initial design meetings with Rick, Jen and Jessica to the installation with Alan, Jamie and Jim, it was top notch during the entire process. They were always punctual, great to work with and cleaned up each day. They told me to check the work each evening and make any notes with any issues so we could discuss each morning. It was truly a pleasure working with all the employees at Beahm and I would recommend them to anyone for any remodeling projects!"
"Beahm performed a complete bathroom renovation for us. They provided design services, material procurement services and installation. The entire experience was very positive. Jenifer was our lead designer and project manager. Jenifer listened to what we wanted and developed a design that was exactly what we wanted. Greg, Alan & Mark were our construction / installation team. Alan was our primary on-site installer. Alan stayed with the project from beginning to end. This was very comforting to us. Greg, as construction supervisor, visited our project a few times to check on status and any issues. Mark did the tile work. We asked for the project to be completed by Thanksgiving holiday and Beahm delivered right on time. Beahm is an excellent bathroom / kitchen remodeling company with total in-house capabilities. Truly a "one-stop" shop. We would use Beahm again without any hesitation. Our rating of Beahm is 10 / 10."
"I had been told by someone that Beahm and Son was awesome, so I went to them with an idea of what I wanted but was looking forward to collaborating with another designer. I was paired up with Lisa, who ended up giving some good feedback, but she apparently decided to leave the company, so we didn’t get to work together much. After Lisa left, Jen became my point person/designer. Jen was very difficult to communicate with, and I often felt that her emails were passive aggressive and/or condescending in tone. I attempted to call her in order to avoid this and to speed up the process of getting some answers/adjustments to our design, but she literally NEVER returned a phone call, of which, there were many. This back and forth with her stretched out our timeline for completion, and it honestly caused me a huge amount of anxiety. The cabinets ended up being crazy expensive, but communication back and forth with Jen via email had taken up so much time that we decided to just go ahead. We rationalized that if everything was so expensive, the product was going to be amazing. The cabinets were installed and looked nice, but when the stone folks came in to install, they scratched a few places as well as our ceiling. Someone came out to paint these areas, and you can barely tell that any damage was done. Still, this pushed back our completion date and was frustrating. The cabinets seem to be good quality, but the caulking the company used between the stone and cabinets does not blend, and it takes away from the overall aesthetic. There are also spots on the cabinets that aren’t painted (and were left and bare wood), and there’s one section that has an opening in it that leads behind the cabinet. When I emailed Jen about these things, she acted like I was ridiculous and ignorant. Greg finally began to be my point person somewhere shortly after this, which I was so grateful for. He was much different than Jen; he seemed very responsive and on top of things, and he genuinely seemed like he wanted us to be happy with the job. He came out to assess the things I had issue with and told me that the caulking used was only meant for between the crown and the fascia; it was not intended to be used by the stone. Because of this, he showed me some samples, I chose one, and he ordered it. The other day, Greg emailed me (without calling) saying that someone would likely be coming by today to take care of everything. I asked him to please have them call me to let me know so I could plan my day. No one called, which meant that I rearranged my schedule for nothing. I called just a bit ago, and the person who answered (Derrick) said that Greg must’ve forgotten to call me after the installers had spoken to him letting him know that they didn’t have time to do my job today. I told this person everything I am writing here, and he assured me that someone will be out on Monday to address the issues with our cabinets… so we’ll see how that goes. Mind you, we are months from the time the install took place (and Beahm was paid in full), and we are still waiting for the job to be completed. I wouldn’t work with this company again and would advise others the same. The lack of responsiveness, the outright rudeness, and the timeliness of addressing issues isn’t worth a nice looking cabinet. I honestly wish I had used Lowe’s."
"Beahm and Son are one of the most professional companies we have had the pleasure to work with. They completed the renovation of two of our bathrooms in a new home we just purchased and kept the house clean the entire time. Very happy to have worked with them and love the beautiful upgrades to our home."
"I am a happy customer of Beahm & Son and I would highly reccomend them for Kitchen and Bath projects. They have an extensive selection of granite, other natural stones, and quartz countertops. They also have a custom cabinetry shop in-house, so once your project has begun there are no delays waiting for work to be done elsewhere. Beahm & Son worked with us from design through completion and they were always very responsive. We are delighted with our new kitchen."
