"I have been using this company for about ten years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. When I bought my home the HVAC was original to the home and quite old. They kept that going with no pressure to replace it. When I was ready to replace it they helped me make the right choice for my home and needs. Every technician that has come to the house has been friendly and professional. They are careful with your property and always clean up before leaving. Prices are reasonable and the work is always of the highest quality. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services."
"Our outdoor AC unit needed service and I called Siegman on the recommendation of a friend. I was happy with the service that Chris from Siegman provided and found the cost quite reasonable. Also, Chris not only fixed the issue but uncovered another one through his diligent system checks with our pump where it was clogged and was able to get it working quickly. Will be calling them again if/when needed."
"Let's face it, buying a heat pump or furnace is like buying tires. You need them, but it just isn't fun. Anyway, I needed a new Heat Pump and I got it down to 3 installers as they were all in the same price range for a 14 SEER, 2 Ton Heat Pump with a Variable Speed Air Handler. After doing a boat load of research, what I found was, when it comes to Heat Pumps, it's NOT SO MUCH WHAT YOU BUY as much as HOW WELL IT IS INSTALLED. So, basically, you're looking for the best installer. For me that was Siegman's. Why? 1. TRANE: Siegman's sells Trane equipment which got excellent reviews from many internet sources including HVAC pros, installers and customers. Carrier and Lennox (my other two choices) got good reviews as well, so I'm not downplaying them. Plus, Trane has a 10 year Parts and a 5 year Labor Warranty. Lennox 10/5, Carrier 10/1. 2. BROCHURE: Ron Siegman left me with brochures of the Trane equipment they use. The Carrier and Lennox Reps did not. Not a big deal, but it is nice to have something in hand after an estimate. 3. SCHEDULING: Ron scheduled my install 5 days after my estimate. I thought that was a nice turn around. 4.. THE BASE: Siegman uses crushed stone for the base of it's outdoor unit (see photo). One installer told me, "we'll just dig up dirt from your backyard to put under the Heat Pump Pad." Ah, NO! Plus, Trane has a very nice "leg" pad that the outdoor unit sits on which will keep me from having to shovel snow from around my unit in the Winter (unless it's a blizzard of course). 4. THE INSTALLERS: Shane and Steve were my installers and they were fantastic. They did a very professional and neat installation as compared to what I originally had. For example, they took their time (the whole install took 7 hours) and were very meticulous as to how the pipes and wires ran to each unit including making proper 90 degree bends on the pipes, leaving no wires exposed, and fastening it all down (see photos) Way better than the sloppy job I had had done on my previous heat pump. 5. AIR FILTER TOOL: It's a little thing, but Shane and Steve left me a nifty little fabricated air filter removal tool (see photo). Nice Touch!!! 6. CLEANUP: As to be expected with a Heat Pump install, things got messy, HOWEVER, Shane and Steve laid drop clothes in my basement to keep the dirt to a minimum, cleaned everything off after they were done, and even vacuumed. My basement actually looked BETTER after the install than before the install. 7. REGISTRATION; Siegman's took care of my Product Registrations (a must do for the warranty). No need for me to go to the registration web page and enter in all the information. In fact, I checked 3 days after the install and my registration was on the Trane website. Awesome! BOTTOM LINE: As I said before, from what I researched, it's not so much the HVAC equipment you buy but the installation of the equipment that is the most important thing for a Long Heat Pump Life (plus, keeping it maintained of course). Well, you can't go wrong with Siegman Forced Air System, Inc. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness will forever make them my "go to" Heat Pump Company."
"The crew from Siegman did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system. They arrived when promised, worked hard for 5 hours or so and the install shows great workmanship. They fabricated parts needed for our environment and adjusted our air return vent with a new grill. I highly recommend Siegman Forced Air."
"I contacted Siegman HVAC on April 5 for a quote to install a Trane 3 Ton XR16 or XL16i system to replace my 36 year old Carrier system. The Carrier was still working, but I wanted to upgrade to a more efficient system. Ron came back quickly with a very fair quote. I asked that they remove the outside condenser a week before the full install so I could remove the old cracked concrete pad (that was lower than my driveway) so I could pour a better concrete pad from house foundation to the blacktop DW. This would give me better drainage away from the foundation. Ron was very accommodating. The install was handled by Shane and Scott. They arrived on time and their work was neat and professional. I would definitely recommend Siegman HVAC for your heating and cooling needs. John C."
