"Always friendly prompt service. Pays attention to concerns as a home owner. I have two elderly dogs and the service technician calls/texts prior to coming. It allows me time to get the dogs out of his way. Highly recommend!"

"The technicians are always very nice and respectful. When I call with a problem in between service, there is never an issue coming out. I like that I have had consistent technicians. The first technician I had for over 10 years I would say. I have no problem recommending this company."

"Orkin didn’t show up for one appointment and didn’t call to explain the no-show or reschedule. I called to reschedule and was given an 8-12 time frame for their arrival. They showed up after 1, with no call to explain that they were running late or a call to even let me know that they were on the way. I had already spent 4 hours waiting for them by this point so I had left my home to run other errands. My house still hasn’t been serviced. This is a very unprofessional company with no communication or time management skills. I strongly do NOT recommend Orkin."

He explained step by step what was going to be done in my particular situation and assured me that if the problem was not resolved that Orkin would return if needed. He is such a nice young man. Orkin should be proud that he represents their business."
