"Let first say, I don't usually write reviews but this is how this company treated a potential customer. I called the Design Center about remodeling my bathroom. I wanted to open up a wall, plus every item in the bathroom was going to be taken out, floor, new cabinetry, etc.. the works. On March 12th a designer came to my house, took pictures, measurements, discussed what we can do to change the room around. I was told in 2 weeks I would be contacted with the new design. Three weeks later, I called and said I that I wasn't contacted. Ed apologized and said he would tell the designer that I called. It is May 31st. I still never heard from this company. I guess I wasn't important to them, was it because they thought my job wasn't big enough and worth their time? I guess I'll never know."
