"Not sure what is happening at this store location but I’ve always had straightforward, pleasant, and professional experiences with staffs from the front register to the pharmacy and everywhere in between. I haven’t gone into the store for a few months but today it seemed like a different store. I don’t recognize anyone working there and I’ve be been patronizing this CVS for at least 10 years. I had 3 separate experiences in the span of 3 hours trying to get some assistance with a prescription medication that is on back order. The drive through pharmacist was not helpful, so I got the information I needed about a savings card from the manufacturer’s website and returned to give the information to the pharmacist in the store but I stood at the Consultation counter for 20 minutes before I was acknowledged only to be told that the savings card was applied and I got no discounts. I called the manufacturer again who escalated the issue and arranged to call the pharmacist within 48 business hours and was told that the pharmacist could have called the manufacturer for an override and I wouldn’t have had to wait the weekend for my medication. Finally, I called to speak with a supervisor to ask that they convey this information to the pharmacy so they can be more helpful to other customers with the same issue and she was nothing short of dismissive and disinterested. This one negative experience at CVS store #06858 (9820 Belair Rd) was more than enough for me to change to a different pharmacy because this is not the level of customer service that I’ve become accustomed to over this past decade."

"My doctor sent the prescription to this location, when I came in straight from the office (I knew there might be insurance issues) they had it done already. Also, asked about a tetanus shot I needed asap due to pregnancy and they got it ready in less than 10 minutes. I was so worried about going to CVS because I knew they were busy with all covid testing and vaccines, but did not expect my total time at the pharmacy being less than 15 minutes. Great job guys "

"Always excellent, friendly and professional staff in the very busy pharmacy. They strive to do their best in what appears to be a very high pressure job at times when looking at volume of calls, customers waiting both in store and in the drive thru. I admire them all, especially the pharmacists who navigate everyone's personal medication insurance for the customers and many do not appreciate what they do. The front store staff are also very helpful and friendly and attentive."
