"l will give this place a 67.46%. This place has rats (7-8) & flies all over our place. Rats come from the ninja fryer (own money) & would run to under our oven and back to their spot. We have a beehive outside the blinds above. Sometimes we have spiderwebs but no spiders for no reason"
