"I would not recommend this company to take care of my worse enemy's loved one. Starting off having a interview with this company I was skeptical about working for them because we was told to bring our bank account information. How would they even know if I qualified for the job?The interview was held at a hotel in Easton md. I arrived 15 minutes early because it's always looks professional. Went to the front desk to let the front desk clerk know that I was there for an interview with Mr jones. The front desk lady told me that they didn't have anyone there by that name and didn't see anyone had scheduled for interviews that day. I should've walked out right then and there but I told her I would wait a little just to see if he would show. As I took a seat to wait. Two other lady's was waiting and asked was I there for an interview. I said yeah apparently they was too. So I'm like OK this might be legit . As we're sitting there waiting it's going on 10 AM and three more lady showed up and they were there for the same thing . Mr. Jones was 10 minutes late for the interview and when he came in he tried to do interviews in the lobby of the hotel without notifying the manager of the hotel. The manager came out and address the issue and they ended up given him a conference room to do the interview. Anyway they told all of us we had the job but we just just needed to get a couple of health forms that's required by the state before we could start working. I had all except one. Two days later they call me and ask me to go work for a patient that needed care knowing I didn't have everything that the state required . I accepted it and I Went to where they wanted me to go even tho they told me it was 20 minutes away from my house. When actually it's 45 minutes. Got there and they told me it would only be 4 hours of work. I'm like OK it's cool I had another job anyway . By the end of the week I was ready to quit I ended up being a care provider and a sectarian because they had me call the patient to let them know when I would be available and when I wouldn't and From what the patient was telling me about the company professionalism I was ready to go. Furthermore when I notified them that financially the schedule wasn't working out for me and I was willing to stick with them and if they had anything close I would except it. I worked for them for about a week . That schedule wasn't working out for me they got upset and kept harassing me about me neglecting my patients. when it came time for them to pay me the hours that I work for them it seems to be an issue it's been a month now and I still haven't received a payment from them every time I call the office they keep telling me it will be in there this Tuesday ,last Tuesday ,the following Tuesday and still nothing. I asked Mr jones for the address so I could have a certified letter sent to the office demanding my pay. They haven't responded and ignored my phone calls. I even google the company an got a highway. Who are these people? All I want is what is owed to me and my account information back so It can sit comfortably with me about my personal information being given. In my opinion if you need a loved one taking care of I wouldn't recommend this company because of the lack of professionalism I encountered."
