"We had a good in-store experience, our Casper mattress was delivered promptly and after a night's sleep it seems to be very comfortable. Our warning: the removal of your existing mattress is handled by a third-party. Make sure you discuss the specifics of how that all works if you're having your current mattress removed. Our process was a mess. In the end it all ended up working out, but it did take intervention by the store manager. Thanks to Kirk."
