"Went into the store and ordered on December 5th. The employee in the store was great. But thats it. I was promised no payments for 6 months and deferred interest for the first year. I received a bill due today and I haven't even received all of my products! When my bed did come I was promised a delivery between 11-3. They came at 9:30pm!! I was livid. And now I'm still waiting on the rest of my order and I can't get in touch with the store. At this point they can take it all back and refund me. I've never been so disappointed."

"Dealing with the associates and delivery people was the best part of this process. The products, communication and warehouse were a nightmare! So much so I sent it all back! I did not receive any accurate part of my order, parts of my order never came. I have no products in my home and management has yet to issue my refund, almost 3 weeks later. It is a shame because the employees are great. I need management to take action and refund me for products I don't not have in my possession and never received. I received someone else order and incorrect products. I hope you all have better experiences! I always like to give a new business a chance, but in this case I'd advise going to a company with a more stable manufacturer. My bases came incorrect, as well as the mattresses, the massage chair was not the “XL sized” promised. I never received the bean bag, no date in sight. This process was 3 weeks. So here we are almost 6 weeks later and I am very disappointed. Please issue my refund!"
