"I bought an office chair at Casey's nearly 5 years ago. I had a problem with the swivel section of the chair. I was afraid I would have to buy a new chair. I went back to Casey's and explained my problem. I did not have my receipt, but Edwin researched and found that the chair was still under warranty. He could have tried to sell me a new chair, but instead he handled the warranty process with the manufacturer. The replacement swivel came and within 10 days, my chair was fixed (not even a labor charge). Good service. Thank you."
