"STAY AWAY! In February 2023 we contacted Legend Upholstery to recover 8 patio chairs. Carlos the owner came out. We agreed on a price. He said it would take 3-4 weeks. I followed up no less than 10 times. We finally got our chairs back the end of May (almost 4 months later). When we received the furniture back, there was paint that had alreadry chipped off, parts of the chairs missing, and the fabric was loose. He said he would come back with the touch up paint and the parts left off the chairs. I followed up 1x/week and every time I called him he did answer the phone but always an excuse. Took 3 months for him to come back to the house and look at the problem. He said he would order the parts and fix the chair that ripped the first time someone sat on it, fix chipped paint and repair the chairs with sagging fabric that had never been used. I followed up and he advised me he would be back to repair the chairs once the parts were in. That was weeks ago. We still have not heard from him despite follow up calls. Don't use this company. Wasted our money. STAY AWAY from Legend Upholstery."
