"I will agree with the customer service part of Aaron’s in the beginning however George is awesome!!! He worked with me as I went through a rough patch…and even with any attitude given or rude comment he was still empathetic and remained cool. He’s the saving grace of this location :-)"

"They get salty when you tell them to come pick up what you're renting cause you don't need it anymore .. So they make you wait all day to come pick the shit up .. Like you don't have anything else to do .. I posted pics of the appliance so they can't try and charge me for made up damages."

"The appliances are great thus far and the price wasn’t too bad either, however they are extremely over bearing with contacting you over payments. I have not been behind on any payments. This month I didn’t make the payment the beginning of the month I paid it this week. They were contacting the references I supplied to them telling the people who answered my account is seriously delinquent and even sent me a certified letter for ONE payment being a few days late. Not to mention when I placed my order they didn’t bring it to almost the next month weeks after they said it would be delivered because they did not have the item. I didn’t say anything about it and still paid the next month on time even though I had the item for a couple days. Just wanted to let it be known how petty the company associates or whomever is responsible for this can be!!!!!"
