"Pros: My sales rep steered me to just the right chairs for my needs; the chairs were comfortable and reasonably priced; delivery date was set for less than 1 week. Con: The store has a weird requirement that you have to verify your ID online even after successfully paying for the purchase. It's a clumsy interface that requires you to check one of four addresses where you've lived. In my case, I hadn't lived at any of the addresses, and None of the Above wasn't an option. I had to return to the store, present my ID, and then email a photo of that same ID to the fraud department. A frustrating waste of time."

"Excellent experience all around! Our salesman was very knowledgeable and patient. We love the mattress that we purchased. The price was reasonable. It was delivered the next day. The delivery was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. Can't go wrong with Raymour & Flanigan!"

"Although we are happy with our furniture, this poor rating is for the delivery service. We received our furniture on March 7, 2022 which the rude and unprofessional delivery guy Luis claimed they could not fit our furniture in the doorway and our expensive furniture was left out in my driveway for my husband to figure out how to get it in our house. I was furious of course and my husband took off work to find help and do the delivery guys job which their fee was paid in full and job not completed. I called the Watchung store and spoke to a woman named Sely that told me she was a manager, told her everything and she assured me that I would get $114.00 of my delivery fee returned for my trouble and as of today March 22, 2022, still no partial refund to my account. This was all a HUGE inconvenience and I will not let this situation slide. I also told her if they did not return for the coverings over the furniture the would go out for trash and no one ever returned.This whole delivery experience was a nightmare in the daytime."
