"Worst nail experience ever! Rude employees. If a nail tech doesn’t know how to do a technique, just say that. I am not interested in being an experiment. The male did not know how to do an ombré nail… another employee tried to quickly talk him through it. It looked horrible so I asked him to remove it. I got an attitude back about it and the female proceeded to gossip with others. I left very disappointed. If you’re looking for quality service and a kind environment…. This isn’t it."

"I went for a refill, I asked to have half of my nails painted the other half clear. Blue on index, middle and pinky, purple on ring finger and thumb. She clearly missed what fingers were to be painted which color and again wouldn’t listen and fix her mistake. My nails were hardly grown out at all. It has only been 2 weeks since my nails were last done. These are not painted evenly. I have jagged edges of acrylic poking my nail bed on my left ring finger. I said something to her about it but she didn’t even offer to try and fix the mistake. I said I’m going to have to go home and file my nails to fix them and repaint them. She charged me $55 for a refill!!! My daughter was forced to get a “design” I think it looks terrible! They charged $65 for the refill of her nails and still tried to demand a tip. This was not worth a normal refill with designs at the $40 -$50 pricing when I still have to go home and fix their terrible work."

"I have been going to the same salon for the last past 8 Years. always have a good experience. good customer service, my nail tech is Johnny for all these years . He is absolutely amazing , today some one else did my nail because Johnny is on vacation still she did a good job"
