"The person doing my daughter nails was impatient and not nice. My daughter, who is 12, asked for 1 thing, and she did what she wanted. My daughter was in tears. Had to go to another nail spa to have her nails redone. Don't leave your kid to go shopping in the store. Stay and make sure you are getting what you paid for."

"I don't know why I do it to myself. It's convenient while you shop but Lisa and her niece are disrespectful! Money hungry and rude. I got a broken toenail which never happens. Nails so thick and clumpy I'll have to grow them all the way out. Lisa burned me with her file. They don't want to serve. They should retire. They're tired of doing nails. I'm done with them permanently and I'm reporting them to consumer affairs and licensing."
