"I don't know how to feel about this store. Given the location, I thought it would be a nice and pleasant experience. The store is huge, and in some order, once you get past the frontend that is FULL of clutter. There has to be a better way for them to display their products. Fully stocked hair care and other products. However, the customer service sucks. I asked 2 different people, 2 different questions and neither one knew the answer and before I could get the next word out, they walked away. Then the ladies at the front continued their conversation with each other that was definitely non-work related before acknowledging me to ring my stuff up. When they finally did stop talking, they just looked at me (as if I were to know to come to them). No greeting, no other eye contact, no thank you. Just slid my bag to me and walked away."

"I went there a couple of months ago to buy some clippers and blades. The front of the store was a cluttered maze and the clippers were behind an 8 foot wall at the checkout counter so I couldn't see what I was going to buy. I had to bother the employees to see the items I wanted to compare. I didn't like being treated like a criminal and the location of the store didn't require that level of deterrence. I'll never go back."

"This business is new to our area. The store was neat, orderly and well stocked. Assistance was available with a smile. Service was great. Varieties of products galore. I will return."
