"To Jose: learn how to leave voicemails more properly as a “store manager” the way you left a voicemail on my wife’s phone was the most disrespectful thing I have ever heard…… and to answer the question “you must not know how the payment system works” no we understand completely. I make payments online if it doesn’t show in your system right away not my problem. I am not giving you or yennifer my credit card number over the phone. Do not call and ever leave my wife a message like that again. And no Aaron’s I won’t email you with my complaint so “someone can reach out from our management team”"

"I will never purchase a single thing ever again from this company. First off Jose “store manager” of this location is super disrespectful and sketchy. He closes out complaint tickets just to save himself from getting in trouble. Second if you’re looking for a call back from someone higher that will never happen. One month later and nothing is being resolved. Who even knows if I’ll receive the deposit I put down back. Very disappointed with how this place is ran. Would definitely suggest rent a center at this point. I was able to make an online order and got what I purchased quickly!"

"In the past, this particular store was definitely hit or miss. They have recently hired a new manager and he called me yesterday discuss my account with them and when I will be paying. After an 8-10 minute conversation I have completely changed my mind on the store. The new manager was a complete gentleman and we were able to work out a payment plan on my living room set. I had been trying for months to get through to the people who worked there but the new manager definitely seemed to finally get my stuff in order 10/10. Would recommend Austin for anyone who is having issues with the store"

"Z E ROOOOOOOO. STARS don’t generally leave reviews because I like to give certain businesses and establishments the benefit of the doubt! However on several different occasions I have expressed not only to corporate but this particular branch the frustrations! Absolutely do not rent from here do not do not they hire all low-grade felon staff ! The place is poorly managed absolutely poorly managed they have a wild‘ revolving door! You don’t know what your contract is they try to access your bank account whenever they feel like it and charge your card whenever they feel like it if you absolutely have to do business with these people lock your card and record all your conversations! I’m not really sure whether to be mad at the employees or the higher-ups because clearly the issue is managerial! First experience there we bought couches the couches had a warranty said that if the couches wore down at all that they would replace the couches I reached out to the store manager on several occasions who made nothing but empty promises and did not rectify the situation finally I had enough and I reached out to corporate and corporate finally sent a third-party to my house to fix the problem Boom that was done next I just got a TV from there anytime they feel like if they try to charge my account I have told him on numerous occasions down to the day that I signed the contract which Fridays were feasible for me they can’t follow directions if they were written photographs"

"I purchased 2 items and the service at this store in Rockaway was excellent due to the fact that the manager, Jennifer, was the one who took care of me in purchasing the 2 items. A lovely person to speak to, very easy going, lots of patients and a very pleasant demeanor. Jennifer was quite professional in every sense of the word. My experience was so stress free that I plan to go back to buy another item. I would recommend this store to anyone."
