I came in at 7pm hoping to get service, I understood they close at 7:30 I ask if getting my nails done at that time was okay, my question was initially ignored, I asked again, the manager began speaking in her language aggressively then stated, “you can’t come at last minute “ I said fine, no need to be rude , there are many nail Salons in Springfield I will go to another. That what I did, never step one foot back in this disrespectful place."
