"Normally the lady who is there does my toes correctly But today they did not respect my boundary. I asked for acrylic on my big toe and it seemed as if they did not know what I was talking about. So I settled to get the acrylic taken off my nail. During this time I politely voiced multiple times to soak my nail off. They insisted on removing the acrylic their way after violating the boundaries I had set into place. Ripping acrylic from someone’s nail with a nail tip not only inefficient but damaging to their nail. I halted the service, paid for a polish removal and left. So no, this business will not get service from me again. Yes, this is how they left my foot/nails."

"Upset with this place. My first time here was when they first opened. Was just an OK experience. I decided to try them again support local business in my little town. Not a good experience. Had an 1230 appointment. I asked for warmer water. That didnt happen. She started at 1pm. I asked for the spa pedicure with the tropical citrus scrub. She proceeded to have a conversation with the only worker. There are only 2. So I repeated it. She said okay only to give me a basic pedicure. I said excuse me mam I asked for the spa pedicure. She said oh next time. So you ignored me both times I said it. Wasn't what I wanted. On top of the lack of attention the air is out and it's baking in here. I won't be back"
