"Not worth the money spent. Went with a friend and the tech was more interested in her phone than completing services. My nails were not very clean after having the manicure and the pedicure. Bottles of colors are dirty with residue and nail polish. Whole spa is dirty and extremely dusty. Continuously played the same video on the tv's with sounds and music too annoying to relax. Customer service is very poor."

"I got my nails done today. I got a pedicure and a manicure. it was very expensive like overly expensive for what I wanted. The pedicure did not incorporate any massages or use of any kinds of creams. My manicure turned out very cute but the customer service was really bad. The employees were very rude. whenever I asked a question they were acting very hostile and would not respond politely. The girl that was doing my nails left me in the middle of the process and I waited over 2 hours for another lady. They would laugh and give us weird stares while talking in their own language not knowing we know their language. The shape of my toe nails are very different and uneven. one of my big toes is round, the other is square shaped."

"I highly recommend you get get your nails done. Ella is absolutely amazing. She is straight forward with saying yes I can do that or no I can't However there is not much she can't do. Show her almost any pics of nails you want and I know she will make it happen. So affordable I won't go anywhere else"
