"Do not waste your time here……. Horrible customer service, manager is beyond rude, and very bad work ethic from the young lady that did my nails. The nails are poorly done, all have different shapes ( she tried fixing). Nail polish all over my hand and nail bed. She didn’t clean it up. I asked for someone else to fix it. He stated she’s the only one that can fix it. She doesn’t know how to fix it. The polish isn’t smooth… Don’t waste your money or time. Also I asked for the owners info, he stated she don’t have an email or phone number. The owner only comes once a month."

"Delux Nails and Spa was great about getting my girlfriend and I in on a same day request. We both got mani/pedi, she did gel dip and I had back fill done. Mai was incredible about taking care of my feet and cleaned up excess skin/ingrown toenails. My nails are on their 3rd fill and they look amazing. I had asked to have my cuticles on my nails cleaned up too. They're not too bad but it could have been trimmed around some nails. My only dissatisfaction is the only slightly uneven lines of the white tips and how the nails were filed at the end took off the white tips on the sides of some nails. Otherwise, they were excellent and I receive compliments on my nails throughout the day."
