Immaculate Home Reflections

"We purchased a Groupon for this service. We initially attempted to set up an appointment via their web site and sent a service request. Immaculate was not responsive. They did not reach out to us to confirm or ask any questions, as we had provided our contact information. We subsequently contacted them later to confirm, as we had purchased a Groupon. We set up an appointment via direct contact. However, after re-reading the minimal Groupon instructions after receiving the price quote, I realized that I had overlooked said instructions. I both immediately and proactively contacted Dan Monaldi and confessed that I had made an error. The tone of his emailed response was unprofessional. He notified me, the customer, with exclamation marks that the GroupOn cleaning team was a different team and scheduling was 6-weeks out. He indicated that he would contact me to re-schedule on/about December 14, 2020. Today is January 9, 2021; and we have not heard hide nor tail from him. I am a veteran and we prefer to patronize Veteran-owned businesses, of which Immaculate is. I indicated to my wife that I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service for a Veteran-owned business. Given the lack of professionalism and customer service due to Mr. Monaldi's response(s) or lack thereof, we cannot, in good conscience recommend patronizing this business."

"I hired Immaculate Home Reflections to give our new home a deep clean before we moved into it. They were incredibly responsive, very professional and the quality of their work was very high. I was thrilled with how clean the house was and their attention to detail. The price was very fair for the size and dirtiness of the home, as well as having a lot of windows, some with up to 20 panes of glass per. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them if you are looking for a cleaner."
