"The lady who answers the phones needs a manners and etiquette class she is very rude and unprofessional she definitely should not be working in customer service answering anything she should be working some where not dealing with people at all…. She should learn to keep her personal problems at home and not bring those issues to work where you take your frustrations out on paying customers that is how you lose customers. I asked to speak to the manager Edgar and she hung up on me definitely very rude I called back she didn’t answer the phone I waited a while and spoke with Edgar and told him about her behavior"

"Should be Zero stars. I shop here before with no problem until last year i had to shut the manager up because she assume i had quote her Property?!! Pfhhh…. Like i havent shop in years everything was paid off n last year i decide to shop. The hispanic manager i guess marangelly very digusting person yelled me n my husband. Whats funny i came n prove to her those certificates . Whats funny she came with a smart remarks after i show her. She was maad because she was wrong and i was right! From the beginning i ask what did i owe. She yelled oh im not able To disclose that information i need you to return my merchandise. This was all said by her . Like is you dumb ?! Thats why ive brong the certificate shut her up and she threw us out the store because of it. Dont know what happen to the last manager Michael but he was excellent to work with!!! She needs to be Fired!!!!!"

"The staff in this store are wonderful. Keola is so kind, helpful and always goes above and beyond what I’d ever expect to make sure any needs I have are taken care of. She is absolutely the best and is an example of what others should strive to be. I got an amazing deal with her help at a time when my life was in chaos. I filled my new apartment with beautiful furniture and was able to do it without spending a fortune. THANK YOU!! Dom is very courteous and helpful whenever I speak with him and the manager of this location is a great person who’s always been helpful and understanding of any issues I’ve had if I’ve needed to make a payment late.
