"DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THE DELRAN LOCATION. Only 2 yrs ago, I bought a mattress & box spring. I was told it was their best seller. I woke up with a sprained back. I went & complained & was reminded I have a 10 yr warranty on it & to go home & follow the directions & take pictures. Some of the questions they asked were things that I wld'nt know anything about. I'm just the buyer, I don't know all this measurement stuff. So then if I wanted to get anywhere with this headache, I had to pay $80 for someone to come out. He took all the measurements needed. That very nxt wk they sent me an Email denying my claim. Unbelievable. So now I'm stuck w/ this horrid, sagging bed that is hurting me & wasted another $80. Plz think about it real hard before buying from this place. It's no wonder I nvr see any customers in there, it's always empty."
