I told the.lady she was in a wheelchair and its.alot of work to get her in and out of the car. I said I would be there around 4:20pm. She assured me that would be fine. When I got to the nail salon and pushed the wheelchair in the front door The same lady who I talked to on the phone e came rushing up to me quickly and loudy saying they could not take her now cause they all were busy. Not the case. She wasn't busy. As.they and their customers watched out the window as I struggled to get her back in the car. What poor business, and no Empathy."
