"Customer service is no longer a thing. I had a negative encounter with an associate when I asked for help removing suits for return from the bag. I had to ask for the manager who tried to give me the cheapest return price without asking for my credit card. I'm not new to this I bring up my account and she said just slide your card. I thought so. So sad. My favorite store. Smh"

"There’s a super rude manager or team leader at the perfume section this morning, she didn’t seem like she wants to work there. I was going to purchase few sets of perfume since it’s on sale but her attitude Smh….Not helpful at all. She would ignore you, and not listening to whatever you need to ask."

"Very rude and unprofessional seller Carine, sold me the wrong item that I ordered online and picked up at store. And when I returned to exchange it, she rudely replied that what I ordered was not available and and without finishing talking to me she turned and left. I made a return and went to the store to look for what I ordered because the website indicated that it was available, and I found what I needed. I went back to the checkout, but there was a guy named Orinn or something (his badge was upside down) who started mocking me by asking all sorts of stupid questions and refused to sell me the product. Then a girl named Tiffany came over and served me politely and professionally. I lost 3 hours of time to buy a blanket from you. You need to take care of this kind of workers in your store"

"Although the serious sales don’t happen as often as I’d like I caught a decent sale on men’s suits at Macys recently. I basically bought a suit that was originally $295 for $85. I’m going to attend a destination wedding so I wanted to be suited and booted ya know! Macys remains one of my go 2 spots for certain occasions."

"I would come here only if I needed to next time. Definitely much better Macy's stores around. Too cluttered, depressing atmosphere, and customer service line for online order pickups took about 15 minutes. Can't forget to mention the shoplifters that bolted out of the store."
