"Received a dip/SNS manicure and 12 hours later, 8 out of my 10 fingers were already chipping. I thought that was unacceptable so I went back to have them fix it. Once again, two days later, my nails are falling apart. This has never been an issue, so not sure what’s going on. My dips usually last 4 weeks."

But after the service I got tonight I will never come back. The person who did my nails did not know what was doing, but my nails are now a complete mess. When I ask her the 3rd time to fix the nail because they were so jagged that they kept getting snapped on something, & they tore & split, she snapped at me. I said I was sorry & I told her I would pay per more if she would fix them. Even then that didn’t appease her. I said I would give her extra money, so I did. But that is the last money Diane’s will ever get from me."

"I went there to remove my acrylics nails, I thought they will use any chemicals exactly for nails remover. But they use the same acrylic nail to pulled up. it was hurting a lot. I was in pain and the girl notice that but she keep doing it. And they charged me $15 for it. And it wasn’t even finish because I leave, I couldn’t with the pain."
