"I have been doing Gel X for awhile. Came into the country and looked for a nail establishment to do the Gel X process. Made my appointment had the Gel X process done, for it to only last 7 days. If anyone knows about Gel X it will last a month. Two tips fell completely off. I have been reaching out to the owner about the problem. The owner finally reach out and said she would refund me a 20% of the charge. $15 I do appreciate something."

"This young lady is very unprofessional. I booked my appointment over a month ago, confirmed the appointment through the text app that she uses. And she cancels my appointment because I was unable to respond to her personal text at the moment she text me. Her texts after I received the cancellation notice and questioned her about it. Yes, I’m running a business sis.. it’s really not personal. Saturday is prime time real estate and you didn’t respond to either of my requests. ( I guess clients aren’t allowed to have emergencies as I was in the ER with my child 3 whole days before an appointment ) SMH, every time I try to support black business. She does beautiful work, but should definitely work on her customer service skills."

"Shout out to Jasmine and Team for "giving what it was supposed to gave". As a first time client, I can say she came through and provided more than I expected with my nails. She understood how my nail texture was effected by my anemia and was gentle with the manicure along with applying the Apres nail system to my nails.
