"Came across this place by chance. I love Restoration Hardware and was excited to see that they have an outlet. Items are still expensive, but the outlet puts me closer to being able to afford their merchandise than if I were to shop in their full price store"

"Probably one of the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Walked in and was not greeted. Found a rug that I wanted to purchase. Went to the front to claim it. Employee who was not doing anything chose not to help. Employee on the floor ignored me despite knowing that I wanted to purchase the rug. She instead attended to another customer on the fence about multiple rugs - including the one I wanted. Employee told me to browse the store as she attended to the other customer who was undecided. I was left waiting while she sold the rug to the other customer and failed to inform me. Wasting my time."

"I am a extremely picky/ indecisive customer, but LIZ of this specific RH OUTLET was extremely helpful. My first visit Liz took me right to the cloud couch and was able to tell me everything in detail about the fill and style. I also moved all of the furniture around the store multiple times and she was ok with that even assisting me in the re decorating of her showroom to fit me needs. I then went back later in the evening and Chuck was extremely kind and also was able to show my parents the couch I was purchasing. Liz and Chuck both were a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING with Liz and Chuck. I’m not being paid by RH or anyone to write this review, just really hyped on the customer service from this location"
