"From casual browsing to delivery of the Stressless office chair, Rachita and the other showroom manager were extremely welcoming and helpful. After several rounds of fabric color changes (from our end), the order was placed and delivered several weeks before schedule. The chair is so comfortable AND relaxing that I have a hard time focus on my work, hahaha. All and all, extremely happy with the purchase!"
