"Customer service is poor here. You show an nail tech an picture and they say they can do it when it’s done it’s nothing like the picture your nails un even & too thick.my set nails was not worth $100 at all. I went back from them to take off & refund me they did not. Please don’t waste your time or money at this place. They claim they offer discounts with cash but it’s not really an discount when they make up they own price"

"Worst experience ever at this salon. I would not recommend. The last nail girl in the seat at the end did the worst nails I’ve ever had. She was also extremely rude and my nails were uneven and looked horrible. I had to ask for another nail technician to fix my nails. I also witnessed several people coming back in to this salon with complaints. I’d never go back to this place. I don’t believe in giving my money to a business that doesn’t treat its customers with dignity and respect. You shouldn’t either. Have standards. Customer service and results matter. I went back to a salon in Waldorf."

"Save your time! Yes the owner does great nails. The people in the back as well. But that first chair lady has been the worse I've EXPERIENCED in the Oxon Hill area. You can't correct her! She was doing an awful job on my nails every nail was the wrong shape different length. I was literally a faithful customer at crystals NOT ONLY DID THE OWNER NOT STEP IN HE ALLOWED HER TO PUT ME OUT OF HIS ESTABLISHMENT. HE DOES GREAT NAILS THOUGH. Just off this experience alone I ask no one that have particular needs to visit this establishment. Awful experience"

"The employees here are not friendly, if customer service is your expectation then you will definitely be disappointed!! The tech pictured here waxed my brows and proceeded to tint them before I approved of the shaping. When I shared my displeasure and requested that she correct my eyebrow shaping she left the room and begin working servicing someone else."

They are rude and nasty I came here 2/22/2023 to get a full set paid $70 for the very next morning my polish to be cracking and peeling off , after noticing it I went to the salon to get it fixed just to be told I’d have to wait after serval others before I could get my nails fixed . Customer service was beyond horrible. Never returning to this nail shop again !!!!"
