Star Nails

"I should have looked at the reviews before I walked into this place. All I needed was a very simple pedicure. A very nice young lady started and things were going fine but then they had this older male come over to finish. He had no idea what he was doing. He hurt me with the automatic nail file, had an attitude the entire time, had no idea how to use the instruments or the materials properly. But the final straw was when he took something from my toe and flicked it on my leg on purpose and said see I know what I'm doing. I should have slapped him, but I just walked out instead because I'm not a violent person. This place needs to shut down."

"Owners niece did my nails. While she was nice and attentive, my nails looked horrible. There was acrylic all over my fingers. When I got home (after the oil wore off) my cuticles were hurting & swollen. She had put the acrylic into my cuticles on several nails. Real painful! I got an overlay, so those who know...know."

"So unprofessional! I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady clearly didn’t know what she was doing. One eyebrow is pencil thin with no arch and the other is the complete opposite! No wonder this place stays empty. On top of that it’s obvious they talk about you in their language. Just a hot mess! I do not recommend!"

"If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I went here to get a pedicure and my eyebrows done, possibly getting my one years Olds's toes polished. The guy who worked there commented on both myself and my daughter needing to get our brows done as he and the lady who did my pedi laughed. The pedicure that I received was HORRIBLE. I asked for French tip a and that I liked the shape squared. I have no idea what she did. But one of my toenails is LITERALLY cute, like a triangle. As a person, who's retired from the beauty business, I definitely expected better than this. I could have had my dog do a better job. THEY WILL NOT ever receive another nickel of mine!"

"I went back today 7/19/22 2 find out why do my nails look like this and I just got them done last Thursday. As I'm tryna find out who tha manager is and speak 2 tha nail tech as well I wuz told No Refund but tha nail tech can fix it 4 me. I just got off work and dnt have time. I couldn't even get everything out but I kept being over talked . I will Never come back here."
