"PROFI LED BY STAFF, Road bike to location, so had a hat and backpack on and within 3 mins of enter location I was followed to first to last isle seriously every isle I went down. Never stole a thing I pay for all my items and still treated like criminal. Completely out of line."

"Horrible customer service!! A couple of months ago I went to get about 8 pc of plywood and other stuff. The lady at the register was super nice and very helpful, BUT ...oh, that big BUT...The guys that actually 'help' load your truck, were beyond awful. While she kept paging one and another, every one of them had and excuse of why they couldn't help me out. Mind you I'm a 5'1 woman with a bad shoulder. Every worker that would come up to the register after being paged, would look at the load and walk away. Each had a reason to walk away from it. I even got skipped! One of them took another customer who was just asking a question, and led him to the aisle just to vanish with him, and never return. I stood there over 30 mins at least (could have been more), waiting to be helped, while the construction workers waited for the material at the job site. I was told they were supposed to have a meeting about this incident, but after reading the most recent reviews, I see this is an every day occurrence at this store, and nothing has changed. I guess a call to Atlanta, Ga may be the way to get these people in check."

"Never have any issues here. Be prepared though that Home Depot and their competitor are brand specific. So if you are (more specifically) a professional landscaper and your business only uses certain brand tools they will not have all the most popular brands out there. So it does sometimes make it difficult if you're on a job and need something quick i.e. filters and it's not a brand they carry. Also be prepared that not all locations carry the same level of equipment. There's a difference when you go to one that's in the city or deep in the burbs."

"Some employees in there are customer friendly. They have very poor customer service no smile it’s like they hate working there. After today I will drive the extra 2 miles to a different Home Depot."

"I'm not sure what it is about this home Depot but it's always well stocked and extremely organized. I always find what I need and it's exactly where it's supposed to be. The staff is friendly and help when asked. Definitely the local home Depot to go to"
