"I hired Byram Carpet to install wall-to-wall carpet in one of my bedrooms and I could not be more happy with the result. The quality of both of the product and installation were extraordinary! "We ordered a kitchen floor in March 2021. Kept calling after no words for two months. Most calls not returned. Finally end of Aug they tell us floor is here. Tried to secure an installation date. Owner says after many calls he doesnt have someone to install. We opted to pick floor up after we found someone to install in one day. Floor gets laid down and we are short approx 3boxes. Store owner first tells us our installer must have messed up the job. Not true we said , you gave us wrong amt! After going back and forth and calling MOhawk Flooring, we find out floor is now discontinued. We get a refund just for floor. Owner would not consider our costs to install or our purchase of molding which was approx $700. Floor is 3/4 down. We believe Byram Carpet knew when he loaded our car with the floor that he was short changing us. He also said we owed him over$200 and showed us a paper with numbers sctatched on it to show us that price was changed but we never received a new invoice We paid the additional fee hesistantly. Byram carpet misled us, increseased the price when we pickef up the floor, and in fact charged us for more flooring than he gave us. We realized that after doing the math. Very disappointed. We cannot recommend this business because we wouldnt want anyone else to go thru this nightmare."
