"I live in Washington DC and I am very particular about my nails. I appreciate timeliness, great customer service and beautifully finished nails. I’ve tried a lot of salons looking for someone who can meet my expectations. I have to say I am SO impressed with Tammi. She’s kind, friendly, and pays attention to details. She’s extremely talented and for me it is absolutely worth the time to travel to VA to get my nails done because I know they will be done properly. Thank you Tammi for being so amazing!"

"I’m so disappointed to be leaving this review, as I had a great experience during my time at the nail bar. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure done (toes are lasting great), the dip nails however, not so much. My nails looked absolutely gorgeous, however 3 days after my appointment 3 of my nails had already cracked/chipped. I reached out to a number for the salon who I had messaged for my appointment, asking if there was anyway to get a refund for my nails as I was out of town for the holidays so I couldn’t come in to get them fixed. On December 18th I was told the manager would get back to me- still have heard nothing (not to mention 2 more nails cracked off the day after I reached out)! No offer for a gift certificate for next time, no discount, no partial refund, no full refund-absolutely nothing. 5 stars for my toes and the way my nails looked when I left, 0 stars for customer service, I find it very rude for a manger not to bother about getting back to a customer who paid a lot to make sure their nails looked nice and lasted for the holidays. I am so sad that I had to write this- I’m not one to leave reviews, but be careful if you go here, the management doesn’t really seem to care if their service lasts once you walk out the door :("

"I don’t know what happened to this place, but service has gotten worse. Came with someone to get our nails done (one ombre and one gel) and both were poorly done by two different technicians. Tips and corners were not fully painted. And overall very bulky. Additionally, I now have 3 cuts on my fingers due to aggressive filing. What a waste of $109 (before tip)."

"I’ve always had a great experience here but today, I asked for French nails and the base color is too dark. I didn’t realize the color was wrong until I left and saw them in different light. I called and asked if I could get the color redone since I was unhappy and they are charging me to get them fixed. The technician did a great job on the shape of the nails but wishing the management would have better customer service policies in regards to things like this."

"Kim is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her precision for detail when it comes to your nail shape is top tier. She ensures you are satisfied with every step of the process. Moving here from NY and trying to find all new maintenance people was hard but I am so happy to have found Kim."
