"Just moved in to town from Atlanta, GA. Someone recommended this shop and told me to ask for Nai (shop owner). I should have listened, however I was pressed for time, and another client told me that the technician who was the doing her nails was really good. The technicians name was Tee. Tee messed up my cuticles very badly (and her attitude sucked. She was too harsh with the nail drill. She caused a nip on my ring finger and she drilled my skin some on my middle finger (See pics). Somethings you don’t notice until you get home. So two days later, I went back to the shop to voice my complaint and see what can be done to rectify the situation. The owner Nai, of course denied that the mistake was caused by his technician, and then blamed it on “human error”. No, human error is expected while in school and training, not professionally. He, also stated that because I came back two days later, there’s no possible way that I can for sure say that it was caused by Tee. Which I get, but really. Who else would have done it? Needless to say, the only thing I was offered was a 15% discount and it had to be towards the most expensive pedicure which is the one with gel nails that is $55. I didn’t bother to accept it. My only advice is to not allow Tee to service you. My cuticles look horrible!"
