Not only was I her last appointment of the day but it was also going to be my birthday nail set and so I was particular. Needless to say, not only did she understand the assignment but she exceeded any expectations. I trust this woman with my nails AND my life at this point. If you’re hesitant-don’t be. "So let’s start from the beginning. The appointment was scheduled for two people that were going to get a design. I specifically Made it clear that both of us needed to get designs. When we arrive for the appointment I’m told that only one person there can do designs so the other person won’t be able to get anything. The nail tech that did my nails that day, on my birthday I my dad. Cut four my fingers and left one of them infected. I did not pay for that service and all that was done with the acrylic was applied over my real nails. I came back a few days later and had Annie do my nails. She did a great job. 10 days later one of my nails breaks (14 day gaurentee) and when I contact them to come back in and fix it I got told that only Annie can do it and she’s booked for days. I also get told there’s only two people who work there who do acrylic nails. Then I get told that it was my fault for not liking the way that the first nail tech had done my nails that I can go somewhere else to get it fixed."
