"I went for a mani pedi moment with my daughter. We found a laundromat near by and decided to try this place out while we waited. It was not at all worth the bother. My pedicure was sub par, while my daughter sat tight next to me and got a full pedi and massage, my pedi was poorly executed with no massage. My feet were left to soak under the jets so long they got irritated. Afterwards she didn't take her time to scrub or exfoliate my soles properly. My feet were still a bit rough and then she failed to moisturize them throughly so I left with ashy toes. I was at the end of a long summer of travel so I didn't have the energy to contest nor do I feel like I should have to monitor professionals on what they are trained and paid to do for a living. I was disappointed to say the least this was the last outing for me and my daughter before I left town and I wish it were a better experience."

"Over Priced for No Reason Not satisfied over all. Anytime I asked for the slightest thing the price was always $5 dollars. Coffin shape? $5 Matte color? $5 Nail cut down? $5 Design? $5PER FINGER!!!. Callus remover (pedicure)? $5. I have no problem paying extra when it’s necessary, but most of these services are usually included. The over all finished products isn’t the worst I’ve ever had but it lacks attention to detail. Also, my cuticles area looks as if I’ve had my nails for a week at least and I just got them done yesterday. First and last time for sure."

"Not happy! My sister and I went to get our nails done at this place and were both treated with a lack of care. I was rotated between 3 employees, and they seemed to be agitated when I politely addressed my concerns with my nails. The first woman charged me a fee for “acrylic removal”. While she did remove my nails it was not done properly. The woman was bending my fingers back too far and proceeded to peel my nails off without soaking them, (painfully) ripping layers of my natural nail. I politely let her know that my nails were feeling sore and asked her to soak them. She smiled and continued to peel them. She then began another service half way through applying my tips and sent me to a male employee. He seemed to be in a rush and he was not being detailed. When I asked him to add acrylic to a nail with a dent he tried to avoid it at first. I asked for clear polish when I was sent to the last woman and she kept asking me to look through the colors. She seemed irritated that I did not want any and she rushed on my clear polish. My sister had better luck but her lady mixed up the design she wanted and brushed it off when she was asked to fix it. She said “its not messed up its just the lighting” and “they still look good you can just wear them like that”.My sister was tired of the back and forth and decided to let them slide. They were not professional in my opinion and while they may have been tired as we had an evening appointment, that is not an excuse for the lack of patience that we were given. We were both overcharged but we payed and left gracefully and our nails do not look very bad but I am definitely not satisfied with how we were treated and will not be using their services again."
