"The best shopping experience in this millennium for me. It took me back to 1990's when customer service was actually a service, and companies cared about their their customers. I was on the search for a new mattress, as I made the mistake of buying a new mattress online without actually trying it. I was at 4 other stores before stopping at Mattress Warehouse. It was my plan to go to a few more stores, as there are 9 furniture/mattress stores nearby. The salesman Tim was very helpful and informative, but not pushy. They were even able to put the mattress on "Sale" for the one that I really liked, but was at regular MSRP right now. From being at 4 other stores prior to Mattress Warehouse and looking online, I was confident I was getting the best bargain. Also, the delivery is very quick, too, the second day. If i bought it from any other store, I would've have to wait from 1 to 3 weeks. Thanks, Mattress Warehouse, for not making me wait for the mattress to go on advertised Sale, for saving me some time not going to the remaining stores, for a great shopping experience, and for hopefully many good night sleeps to come."

"I decided to look again for mattresses after doing so much research online and still feeling like I need to see and feel the mattresses in person. I actually tried to go next door to Ashleys and they were not open at 11am with no one looking like they were approaching the door to unlock so I tried Mattress Warehouse and they were open promptly on time. (I appreciate that as a customer visiting a business for the first time.) I came in and Steve met me immediately and I started to describe what I thought I wanted which is a firm mattress and that I have spinal issues (herniated discs/desiccated discs pretty much all along my spine - cervical, thoracic and lumbar) so he decided to have me try the "bed match" diagnostic mattress that allows you to answer a few questions then will have you lay on it and watch the short video while it conforms to your body. We got a report printed and to my surprise the softer range is what I matched with. Steve looked through the list and had me try the iDirections x7 hybrid and I immediately felt the difference and really liked it. I asked about the pillows and he allowed me time to try the pillows + multiple beds with varying prices giving me just the right amount of time to get a good feel - tossing and turning in the mattresses. Overall, I ended up thoroughly trying 4-5 pillows and around 7 mattresses all the while asking many, many questions because I need to be very specific with what I wanted. Because Steve answered my questions promptly and thoroughly I felt more confident with decidedly narrowing down the list of mattresses that I liked. He was able to describe what makes up the mattress for it to feel softer/firmer and therefore it allowed me to compare between mattresses and to confirm whether it should feel this way because of the specs provided. For example, how many layers layers, what kind of foam layer, micro coils, how many micro coils is a lot or a little, memory foam, cooling etc. It really felt like I learned a lot of mattresses today. Understanding why was really important to me. In the end, I wasn't expecting such great service and Steve really made my mattress shopping experience a lot better than it ever was (I was at Ashley's next door a few months ago and the salesman just left us to try the beds and just came back for the prices. Didn't tell us anything about the mattresses, just really basic soft/firm answers.) I would love to bring everyone I know to Steve and to this specific location because of the "bed match" system they have. I felt like this is a really valuable tool that every mattress place should have."

We tried numerous mattresses and have him give us many estimates. He worked with us to give us best price possible and we ended up buying 2 mattresses. It was a great experience.
